Registration is $220 and will include dinner on Sunday night, as well as breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday of the workshop. Attendees will be responsible for all other meals. Please note any dietary restrictions you may have by emailing

After registration is complete please read the instructions below to submit an abstract and request a poster or oral presentation. All poster sessions and talks will take place in the Medical Education Research Facility (MERF). The short talks will be selected from submitted abstracts. Due to limited space available, we will limit talks to one per lab.
There will be three poster sessions on Monday, August 1 and Tuesday, August 2. We will have poster boards measuring 6' wide and 4' tall. We will provide thumbtacks to attach posters to the poster boards. All posters will be available for view throughout the meeting.
Short talks will be 15 minutes in length, followed by 5 minutes of questions, for a total of 20 minutes. To ensure equal time for all the presenters, we will adhere strictly to the talk schedule. An LCD projector, laptop, and overhead projector will be available for presenters. Please let us know if you have any special requirements.

Abstract Submission Guidelines (Deadline July 1, 2016)
Please prepare your abstract as a 1-page word document; preferred font is Arial 11 (text) and Arial bold 12 for the title.
Abstracts which indicate TCB (to be confirmed) in any field will not be accepted. Abstracts will not be proofread prior to printing so you are strongly advised to ensure there are no typing errors before submission.
Title
The title should be brief (preferably one or two lines) but descriptive.
Authors
The main (presenting) author's name should be marked with an asterisk (*).
Affiliations
Authors and their corresponding affiliation should be indicated with numbers. (Example John Smith1 and 1Science College of Medicine).
Text
Abstracts should be approximately 300-800 words or no more than one page. Figures, graphs and schemes may be included.
Single spacing should be used throughout.
References, denoted by numbers in the text, should be listed at the end of the test.
Abstracts which most closely fit with the themes of the conference sessions will be selected. A scientific committee will review the abstracts and those selected to present will be notified by e-mail. Abstracts submitted but not chosen for oral presentation will automatically be listed as poster presentations.
All abstracts will be produced into a book of abstracts and made available to delegates at the meeting*.
