Practice makes Braver! with Annie P. Woods
Presented by the University of Iowa Womxn of Colour Network, led by life coach Annie P. Woods, this introductory program will cover the 6 basic habits you need to focus on in order to move your life FORWARD.
Annie will show us how to look at our lives from the outside, with compassion and actionable steps that we can modify to fit our lifestyle. You will leave the event feeling purposeful and empowered. Additionally, enjoy a free dinner catered by local Mediterranean restaurant, Oasis!
