Warthin Tumor
- Also known as: papillary cystadenoma lymphomatosum, adenolymphoma, or lymphomatous adenoma
- Benign, slow-growing, with histopath demonstrating papillary structures with mature lymphocytic infiltrate and cystic structures
- Look for: sharply marginated parotid tail mass with inhomogeneity
- Typicall 2-4 cm, can grow to over 10 cm
- Should not calcify
- Multiple, bilateral, and or metachronous/synchronous lesions 20% of cases
- 2nd most common benign parotid tumor
- 90% of those with this tumor smoke
- Mean presentation age is 60, male to female ratio is 3:1
