Be sure to include your name and address, and if appropriate, in whose honor you are making the contribution. If you elect, an acknowledgement letter will be sent to the family. That acknowledgement does not include the amount donated, only the name of the individual making the donation. An appreciation letter is also sent to you for tax records. Iowa KidSight is a Project of a 501c3 organization.
