Rachel Starks, a graduate student in Dr. Kamal Rahmouni's laboratory, received most outstanding entry for the Institute for Clinical and Translational Science award for her poster entitled "A Rare Disease Reveals A Novel Mechanisms of Insulin Resistance." Other authors on the poster were:  Deng-Fu Guo, Qihong Zhang, Val C. Sheffield and Kamal Rahmouni.
