University of Iowa Health Care was named to Becker’s Hospital Review annual list of 100 hospitals or health systems with great women’s health programs for the fifth year in a row.

The list recognizes hospitals that offer award winning care to women in a variety of specialties, including gynecology, obstetrics, women-focused heart care, and women-focused cancer care.

UI Health Care was recognized for offering a range of prenatal care services, including midwifery, prenatal genetic counseling, and CenteringPregnancy®. UI Health Care was also recognized for establishing Iowa’s first In Vitro Fertilization program in 1987 and for being the only Level 4 NICU in the state.
