Requests for University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics (UIHC) in-house testing can be obtained through the Laboratory Services Handbook. Requests for University of Iowa Diagnostic Laboratories (UIDL) testing can be obtained through their Test Directory Handbook. The UIDL operates the Reference Laboratory/Outreach Client Services for clinical and anatomic pathology testing and consultation. The Molecular Pathology Requisitions for UIDL requests for testing can be found within each test entry.
