Pharmacology Trainees Win Health Sciences Research Week Poster Awards

At the annual CCOM Health Sciences Research Week in April of this year, three Pharmacology trainees were recognized with best poster awards. In the Graduate Student category, awards were given to Grant Walters, an Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Neuroscience student training in the laboratory of Dr. Yuriy Usachev, and Kai Rodgers, an MSTP student and current trainee of the Pharmacological Sciences Training Program working in the laboratory of Dr. Wendy Maury. In the Postdoctoral Fellow/Scholar & Staff Category, an award was given to Dr. Kyle Flippo, a postdoctoral scholar in laboratory of Dr. Matthew Potthoff.
