Join the Registry

For security and validation purposes, please enter your name and preferred email address. This address will be the primary method of communication between you and the registry research team members. A link to the first survey will be emailed to you once this information is entered. Completion of this first survey will enroll you in the registry.

At this time we are only enrolling patients 18 years of age or older who have had sarcoma of the arms, legs, chest wall, or pelvis. We are not currently enrolling patients whose tumors were in the abdomen, retroperitoneum, or thoracic cavity.
