Dr. Carol Scott-Conner, Professor Emeritus in the Dept. of Surgery, was announced as the winner of the fiction category of the College of Medicine Creative Writing Contest on May 11th, 2020. Jody Jones, Clinical Associate Professor in the Dept. of Surgery, and Femi Suraju, 1st year resident physician in the Dept. of Surgery General Surgery Residency Program, also had their contributions accepted for publication in the upcoming College of Medicine Creative Writing Anthology.
