T1rho Precision Calculator

The purpose of this calculator is to estimate T1rho precision and optimal TSL sampling schedules for quantitative T1rho mapping. The following mono-exponential decay signal model is assumed: S = S0 * exp(-TSL/T1rho). T1rho and TSL can be optionally substituted for other parameters (e.g., T2 and TE).
