Case Conferences - please note
- To be a case conference there needs to be an open, group discussion re: diagnostic strategies in the current &/or future care of a patient. Could also be retrospective (like M&Ms). A morning reports style conference.
- The CME office handles tumor boards and M&Ms as case conferences.
- If your activity doesn’t meet the above definition, it would be considered a didactic lecture.
