OPERATIVE PROCEDURE

Multiple previous procedures including parotidectomy failed to resolve recurrent cyst formation with intermittent drainage.

 

Revision parotidectomy and resection to include a segment of the cartilaginous ear canal was successfully performed without recurrence of the fistula.
