Case example - CO2 Laser Cordectomy for a T1AN0 SCCA of left TVC

last modified on: Tue, 08/15/2023 - 16:20

Patient presented with a T1AN0 SCCA of left TVC. CO2 Laser was used to remove this lesion with a 0.1 cm depth of invasion. Of note, this lesion did not involve the anterior commisure. A portion of the left false vocal fold was removed for visualization to aid with removal of the tumor with some extension into the ventricle. Margins sent at the end of the case were all negative.
