  • CHL: conductive hearing loss
  • CI: cochlear implant
  • CNR: closed nasal reduction
  • COM: chronic otitis media
  • CPA: cerebellopontine angle
  • CRS: chronic rhinosinusitis
  • CWD: canal wall down
  • CWR: canal wall reconstruction
  • CWU: canal wall up
  • DL: direct laryngoscopy
  • EAC: external auditory canal
