Preop Dx: Polypoid corditis, vocal fold polyps, dysphonia, OSAS
Postop Dx: Same
Procedure: Microdirect laryngoscopy with resection of vocal fold polyps
Anesthesia: General OETT - 5-0 MLT use of image guided glide scope for intubation
Findings: as per photos below; anterior commissure preserved to decrease risk of anterior web
