Seven months after an unsuccessful effort to biopsy posterior right vocal cord leukoplakia employing conventional one-nostril flexible laryngoscopy with a channeled laryngoscope, successful biopsy with a two-nostril approach employing the channeled laryngoscope as a conduit for instrumentation with a small caliber high-definition flexible imaging (non-channeled) laryngoscope in the contralateral notril.
