The Association of Inclusive Medical Scientists (AIMS) is a student-run group with a goal to build community among MSTP students from historically excluded groups in science and medicine. We seek to create a safe and fun space for community building, mentorship, networking, and advocacy. Our coffee meetups are held bimonthly along with more formal meetings once a semester with invited speakers for discussions on the challenges, as well as the triumphs, we may face in our careers. We will also plan other fun activities outside of school. We welcome anyone that identifies with our mission to join!
