Assistant Professor Hillel Haim, MD, PhD, has been awarded a grant from amfAR, The American Foundation for AIDS Research entitled, "Deep learning methods to personalize antibody therapeutics for delaying viral rebound after cessation of ART".  His work aims to develop mathematical algorithms for tailoring therapeutics to patients. Dr. Haim and his team analyze deep sequencing data from HIV-infected individuals to predict emergence of mutant viruses that are resistant to therapeutics. Congratulations!
