BioRender Loaner License Policy

• The SERCC holds a loaner license for the graphic design application BioRender.
• The license is available for "check out" to faculty and faculty-approved staff and trainees within the Carver College of Medicine (CCOM).
• The loan period is for one week and is provided at no cost.
• Those wishing to check out the license will need to make an account on BioRender. This can be done before or after requesting access to the loaner license. Creating a BioRender account allows researchers to maintain access to their figures in the future.
• Researchers who would like to check out the loaner license should contact the SERCC at COM-ScientificEditing@uiowa.edu. SERCC staff will provide immediate access (if available) or will provide details as to when the license will be available.
