Shuttle plasmids are provided free of charge when intended for virus production at the University of Iowa Viral Vector Core. (A $25 FedEx overnight shipping fee will apply if no FedEx account is provided). Shuttles with the pFBAAV backbone can be used for either the triple transfection or baculovirus system. Several of the self-complementary plasmids are only for use in the triple transfection system.
