Message from the Division Chief
The Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine service provides perioperative and acute pain management assistance for patients undergoing all types of surgeries. A variety of techniques are used to manage acute pain such as single shot peripheral nerve blocks, peripheral nerve catheter placement and local anesthetic infusions, and continuous neuraxial techniques.
