Course Overview:
If the thought of leading a debriefing session makes you sweat and want to curl up in a ball this is the session to attend. Participants will not only learn the fundamentals of difficult debriefing and feedback, but will get the opportunity to practice handling two escalating debriefing situations in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
