Several members of the Diagnostic Imaging group showcased their photography expertise at the Ophthalmic Photography Society’s (OPS) Annual Scientific Exhibit imaging competition. The competition was held during the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) Annual Meeting in San Francisco.
Staff photographers at UI Hospitals & Clinics provide a full range of digital imaging services to support the diagnosis and treatment of eye conditions. Images are also used in teaching and research.

Jody Troyer, CRA, was also recognized by having her First Place winning photograph from the 2018 OPS competition featured, along with other past award winners, in the AAO Meeting magazine EyeNet News. The publication was distributed to the 2019 AAO Meeting attendees and her photograph was used in a special section celebrating the 50th anniversary of the OPS.
