Dr. H. Culver Boldt, professor of ophthalmology and director of the Ocular Echography service, was selected as the 2017 Clinician of the Year by the University of Iowa Physicians (UIP).  The award recognizes a clinician who most embodies those aspects of a truly great patient service provider, including technical skill, humanism to patients and families, collaboration with colleagues, and advocacy.
