Research Interests

  • My clinical research consists of large surgical and imaging outcomes studies, especially regarding vitreoretinal surgery, ocular trauma, inherited retinal disease, and OCT angiography. My translational research includes helping to develop pig surgical models for testing gene therapy and stem cell grafts, and molecular characterization of human PVR/ERM surgical specimens.
