Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) applications are being accepted until September 5th.
We are seeking women faculty with strong local or national leadership experience who are at the stage in their careers where they are seeking department chair, dean’s level or other senior leadership positions. The Carver College of Medicine has the opportunity to select one applicant to apply to the Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine fellowship (ELAM). ELAM is a highly selective, year-long leadership development program focused on the complexities of academic medicine in today’s environment with particular attention to the challenges women face in senior leadership positions.
