The IIHG and the Genetics Cluster Initiative present "Working with the UCSC Genome Browser" for this month's Hands On Bioinformatics mini-course. Michael Chimenti, Ph.D., Specialist in the IIHG Bioinformatics Division will be the workshop presenter. 

This mini-course is for anyone in the University research community looking to leverage the powerful research tool known as the UCSC Genome Browser in their work. We will cover an overview of the browser, navigating genes, viewing annotations, and linking out to other databases and literature.
