Hands-on Bioinformatics Learning Sessions

The Iowa Institute of Human Genetics (IIHG) hosts a monthly hands-on learning session focusing on a bioinformatics tool or software. The Hands-on Bioinformatics Learning Sessions previously covered topics such as UCSC Genome Browser, Kallisto/Sleuth, R programming language and Galaxy. Each session has limited registration of 12 participants due to the interactive nature of the content.  The IIHG will repeat topics more than once per year depending on the demand. Sessions are free to attend, and refreshments are provided.

Please email iihg@uiowa.edu with questions you may have.
