We are pleased to welcome Brendan M. O'Shea, MD, who joined the Vascular Interventional Radiology section as a Clinical Assistant Professor on July 1, 2017. Dr. O'Shea most recently served as an Interventional and Diagnostic Radiologist at Mercy Medical Center in Janesville, WI. He completed a fellowship in Vascular and Intentional Radiology at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA, and a Diagnostic Radiology Residency and a Neuroradiology Fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. His clinical interests include interventional oncology, complex venous interventions and uterine fibroid embolization. His research interests include interventional radiology education, patient safety, and healthcare economics. Dr. O'Shea is excited to return to UIHC and contribute to the growing Vascular and Interventional Radiology section.
