Research students Raven Brenneke and Lance Evans, working under the direction of Randy Loftus, MD, won 2nd place in the faculty category at the University Hospitals & Clinics' 7th annual Quality and Safety Symposium for their poster "A Multi-Faceted, Perioperative Infection Control Program Optimized by Surveillance Reduces Reservoir S. aureus Exposure and Transmission and Surgical Site Infections."
