18th Annual Gene F. Lata Undergraduate Research Symposium

Four students presented at this year’s Undergraduate Honors Program. This year marks the eighteenth year of the Gene F. Lata Undergraduate Research Symposium.

Spenser Johnson – The Inhibition of Thioredoxin Reductase in a Mouse Xenograft Model with Auranofin, Mentor: Douglas Spitz
Lanchi Nguyen – Isolation and Analysis of Functional Mitochondria in Mice Models, Mentor: Donna Hammond
Isabella Perales – Structural changes in centrosomes correlate with activation of a checkpoint that triggers germline stem cell loss, Mentor: Pamela Geyer
Cade Rahlf – Defining an Interaction Between A-type Fibroblast Growth Factor Homologous Factors and Calmodulin, Mentor: Madeline Shea
