The UI College of Pharmacy and UI Carver College of Medicine will host the 2019 PROGRESS: Learning Together in the 21st Century. The purpose of the conference is to educate health care providers together to improve interprofessional patient care. Healthcare professionals from all disciplines are encouraged to attend.

The program will include:

  • Topics in Allergy/Immunology, Endocrinology, General Internal Medicine, Hematology/Oncology, Hospital Medicine
  • Thursday Keynote on Medical Marijuana, Laura Borgelt, PharmD, '95 BSPh, FCCP, BCPS
  • Friday Keynote on Advancements in Drug Delivery Systems, Nicole Brogden, '07 PharmD, PhD
  • Thursday: Interprofessional Track
  • Friday: Pharmacist Track
  • Breakout Sessions in Diabetes and CVD, Opioid Prescribing, and more
  • Get 13 hours of high quality, impactful CPE credit!
