Girls Go STEM

University of Iowa Health Care will be hosting Girls Go STEM on Saturday, December 7 from 9 a.m.-noon at the Medical Education and Research Facility (MERF). This free educational program is targeted to girls in grades 6 through 8.

Girls in Grades 6 Through 8: Join us or fun science experiments and hands-on medical simulations, and discover how STEM might be for you. 

Girls have the opportunity to select four different sessions. Please note that availability of each session is first-come, first-served and all session selections will be final. Click here to view the student session list.

Adults: Join University of Iowa experts for sessions discussing female adolescent health, and learn about ways to help prepare your student for high school and college. See an agenda for the program here.
