University of Iowa Health Care will be hosting Girls Go STEM on Saturday, December 7 from 9 a.m.-noon at the Medical Education and Research Facility (MERF). This free educational program is targeted to girls in grades 6 through 8. Girls in Grades 6 Through 8: Join us or fun science experiments and hands-on medical simulations, and discover how STEM might be for you.  Girls have the opportunity to select four different sessions. Please note that availability of each session is first-come, first-served and all session selections will be final. Click here to view the student session list. Adults: Join University of Iowa experts for sessions discussing female adolescent health, and learn about ways to help prepare your student for high school and college.
