Hardin Open Workshops - Standards: Guides and Regulations for Building and Evaluating Resources ZOOM

Introduction to standards and specifications. Learn how to access a wide variety of standards including ASTM, ISO, ADA, NFPA (Fluid), and the US Code of Federal Regulations. Featuring a new database, TechStreet, to gain electronic access to these standards and more. Taught by Kari Kozak (Head, Lichtenberger Engineering Library). PLEASE NOTE Class will be taught via Zoom. Advance registration is required. Registrants will be emailed the Zoom link 30 minutes before the class time.
REDCap Training

REDCap basic hands-on training This training is a basic overview of REDCap. We will go through the process of creating a REDCap project starting with instrument design, assigning users access to the project, repeating instruments, enabling surveys, project testing, and ending with production mode. After this training, you will have a baseline competency in REDCap.

Anatomy and Cell Biology Departmental Seminar Speakers Dr. Xiaoming Liu, Research Assistant Professor, will be presenting “Lineage-Traced Submucosal Gland Myoepithelial Cells Contribute to Airway Regeneration Following Injury of the Ferret Lung” and Dr. Kayly Lembke, Postdoctoral Research Scholar (Frank Lab) will be presenting “The Temporal Function of Signaling Molecules Necessary for Chronic Maintenance and Rapid Induction of Homeostatic Synaptic Plasticity”
