TriNetX Analytics Training

TriNetX analytics training TriNetX Analytics is a new functionality within the TriNetX toolset. You will be able to explore and compare cohorts, review cohort characteristics and compare outcomes of interest. We will demonstrate how to use these tools and give examples on best practices for when to use these different measures. After this training you will have a basic understanding of the Analytics toolset and how it can be applied to research questions for your studies.

EMBASE is a biomedical and pharmaceutical database containing bibliographic records with abstracts. Although there is overlap with records from PubMed, there are also many unique records. This hands-on session will show you how to conduct basic searches using EMBASE’s quick search box, how to conduct searches using EMTREE subject headings, and how to use subheadings for drug and disease topics....

REDCap alerts and notifications training This course assumes participants have a basic understanding of building instruments and surveys in REDCap. In this course users will learn to construct and send customized email alerts to one or more recipients, in which the emails are triggered when a form/survey is completed and optionally based on conditional logic. After this course you will have a basic understanding of how to use Alerts and Notifications.
