49th Annual Internal Medicine Research Day - March 12

Monday, March 09, 2015

For over 40 years, the Department of Internal Medicine has held an annual Research Day to highlight and celebrate the scientific work of department faculty, fellows and science staff. It has grown from a half dozen posters to well over a hundred, settling in recent years to a manageable, competitive submission for 70 spots. Each year a team of faculty judges circulates among presenters on Research Day, listening to presentations and selecting best posters in basic and clinical/translational science as well as best poster by a new investigator. Winners receive a cash prize and time at Department of Internal Grand Rounds to present their work to a large and diverse audience of scientists and clinicians.
