This service provides administrative support to CCOM faculty and staff who are looking to purchase a software license, or inquire about what software is already available to them. We will work with our customers and vendors to evaluate the best possible solution, achieve the best pricing, and ensure the licensing meets university contract/licensing requirements. The most requested software titles available are listed below, along with guidance for licensed access.
| Adobe Creative Cloud | If you need Adobe Creative Cloud please complete this workflow form. Once approved, you will be added to the Adobe named user license and you can then install the Adobe Desktop Application from the Software Center on your computer to begin using the application. |
| BioRender | CCOM IT finalized the Biorender contract and users can now start using the license. The cost is $100 annually per named user. | GraphPad Prism | For new installs on managed computers (those with an M#), please complete this workflow form. The cost is $20 annually per device. Once approved a ticket will get created to have the software installed on the computer. For installs on personal machines (graduate students & post docs), please complete this workflow form. Once approved we will add the user directly to the license which will generate an e-mail from GraphPad with the information needed for installation. |
