This service provides support to all college personnel. Our desktop staff will troubleshoot and resolve I.T. issues elevated to them from the Healthcare Information Systems Help Desk. Support personnel will prioritize requests and facilitate the most efficient and effective solution to your I.T. issues. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Onsite installation or replacement of hardware, including computers, peripherals, and other application-specific devices
• Software installation and repair
• Perform diagnostics
• Assess network storage
• Troubleshoot, repair and install printers/multi-purpose devices
