Li Wu, PhD, has been named chair and departmental executive officer of the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine Department of Microbiology and Immunology, following a national search for the position. Wu’s appointment is effective Nov. 1, pending approval of the Board of Regents, State of Iowa.
