Ergun Uc, MD has been appointed Director of the Movement Disorders Division effective March 1.

We thank Dr. Robert Rodnitzky for his many years of service leading the division to its current position as one of the leading movement disorder programs in the country. Dr. Rodnitzky will continue as Professor Emeritus in the Department and will continue to make important clinical and educational contributions.

Dr. Uc began with the Department of Neurology in 2001 as a CIinical Assistant Professor.  He moved to the tenure track and rose through the ranks ultimately being appointed as a professor with tenure in 2015.  Previously the divisions Associate Director, Dr. Uc will continue to provide care for patients with Movement Disorders and Parkinson's disease.
