Dr. Samaniego is a clinical Professor in Neurology with secondary appointments in Neurosurgery and Radiology. His research focuses is in high-resolution imaging and post-acquisition processing for the study of acute stroke. His laboratory has developed a pipeline for the study and characterization of brain aneurysms and subarachnoid hemorrhage.
