Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation refunds must be made via email or phone to: cme@uiowa.edu , Ph: Phone: 1-319-335-8599, by end of day April 26th, 2023. Such requests will be refunded the cost of registration less a $50 per person fee. Any requests for refunds after that date will not be honored.
