Research Interests
- 2016-present: Development of a Neonatal Simulation curriculum for education of medical students, pediatric residents, and neonatal fellows
- 2018-present: Development and implementation of pulmonary hypertension management protocol
- 2018-present: Neonatal Point of Care Ultrasound Program – Training in point of care ultrasound imaging and procedures and development of didactic and simulation-based training in point of care ultrasound procedures and imaging for faculty, fellows, and nurse practitioners within the NICU
- 2018-present: Neonatal Chronic Lung Team Program – I led a team of physicians within the NICU who follow our patients with severe BPD or other complex severe lung disease, and we follow them longitudinally helping the primary teams with their complex management both inpatient and outpatient. We round on these patients weekly to provide recommendations as well as being available on an as needed basis for acute decompensations or issues.
