Our child and adolescent psychiatry division serves youths (ages 3 to 17), their families, and their caregivers. We realize that youths and their families may struggle in between appointments that may only occur a few times a year. This podcast series is designed to provide useful information for families about common mental health concerns. Topics may include sleep hygiene, limit setting, development, mood disorders, and many more. Episodes last 5-10 minutes or less. We hope that it would be a resource for families whenever and wherever they may have a few short minutes in their busy lives to learn something new or review information to better support their child’s mental health.
