Financial Assistance for Visiting Medical Students

As a visiting student, you will have the opportunity to receive financial assistance to support you during your clerkship. The Department of Urology offers two scholarships for visiting students, and the Carver College of Medicine offers financial assistance through the UI Visiting Student Scholars Program.

Applications for financial assistance may be submitted at the time of elective applications and no later than May 15. Please be aware that a scholarship award or acceptance into the UI Visiting Student Scholars Program does not guarantee a visiting clerkship seat.
