Research Summary

My research focuses on studying neurohumoral regulatory mechanisms in muscular dystrophy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, psychosocial disorders, cardiomyopathies, hypertension, and sex-differences in cardiovascular diseases. My goal is to identify therapies that can be translated to yield better clinical outcomes.
