The Department of Dermatology extends its best wishes to two faculty members who have recently moved on from their positions with the University of Iowa.

Nicole Candelario-Gonzalez, MD

Nicole Candelario-Gonzalez, MD, has moved to Dallas, Texas to complete a fellowship in dermatopathology. While only with our department for one year, Dr. Candelario-Gonzalez was a wonderful addition to the teams of both the UI Hospitals and Clinics and Iowa River Landing Clinic locations.

Kathi Madison, MD

Kathi Madison, MD has retired from the University of Iowa in June 2015 after 31 years. She has been an invaluable resource for the department through her research, teaching, and care for patients. In addition to her accomplishments in those areas, Madison also served on the Institutional Review Board, the Health Information Management Subcommittee, and the Faculty Compensation Committee.
