The UI Health Care Marketing and Communications Web Team provides web publishing assistance to Carver College of Medicine units. Services include website creation, design, content review, usability, accessibility, hosting, and training.

Site authors are expected to handle ongoing content updates, and routine review of their content.

Our web team is available via a bug portal to submit requests for assistance. The bug portal can be found here.

This portal is best used for these kinds of requests:

• Answer Drupal/web questions
• Help with account access matters
• Help with training requests
• Discuss site and page building strategy
• Review content problems or page building issues that are frustrating the content author

For larger web projects

If you have a new website request, or would like to discuss a web project that is larger than a single page edit (bug portal), please begin this process by emailing maxwell-freund@uiowa.edu.

For laboratory site development

SiteNow is the way we’ve chosen to have individual faculty labs provisioned on the web. You or the researcher can go to the University's SiteNow site to request a site.
